The Intent of the album is to assist business proprietors in complying with their OH&S obligations in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Each page contains a digital image of the piece of equipment and the following notations :
- The Workplace - Company name
- The Environment - Factory, Client site, Office etc
- Operators/Users - persons allowed and/or qualified to operate item
- Basic Safety Observations - related to the specific item
- Protective Wear - protective clothing required to be worn when operating or near
- Checks and Maintenance - the required period of time for physical checking of the equipment and the maintenance regime to be adhered to
- Item Number - ID number for the item
